“From the very first phone call we knew that Shaun was the one we wanted to build our home! We wanted to build shortly after COVID but after we gave Shaun our budget he suggested that we wait on the building process. As we waited he continued to watch prices and when it was the right time he called to start the process. He helped us select the most budget friendly house plan and clung tightly to that budget over the next 9 months. He was with us every step of the way as he helped us make selections and important decisions about our custom home. He went above and beyond as he responded to every phone call, text message, and answered all of our questions. He kept the job site extremely clean and organized which we have found to be rare these days. What we appreciated the most about Shaun is that he builds his homes like he would build his own, and always has the buyer's best interest in mind.
